LWA, in conjunction with the Leicestershire County Council MASH Team, would like to invite you to a Parents & Professionals Day on 13 June 2017.
Are you worried about your child’s safety online or maybe who they are talking to on their mobile phones? Has your child’s behaviour changed – do they seem distant, withdrawn? Are going out more or is their behaviour becoming more challenging? Maybe they are becoming very secretive or over sexualised?
We recognise that many parents are concerned about their children and we want to help parents better understand the world their child lives in, the potential risks and what you can do to keep your child safe from harm.
Details of the event are below:
Date: 13 June 2017
Venue: Quaker House, Queens Road, Leicester, LE2 1WP
Times: 10am to 3pm
We will be offering talks to parents throughout the day by professionals who can help you face the on-going challenges of keeping your child safe.
There will be a FREE lunch, FREE legal advice, housing advice, FREE Reiki treatments, hand massages and pampering.
To book your FREE space please contact Judith on 01509 550317 – limited spaces therefore places offered on a first come first served basis – deadline 7th June at 1pm 2017.
We encourage professionals attending to bring parents with them.
