We are currently operating waiting lists for some of our services including outreach, counselling and ISVA. We will endeavor to offer support as quickly as possible and will maintain contact with you during your wait. If your circumstances should change please phone the helpline or in an emergency call the police.

Our services are free and confidential, identifying information will be shared with UAVA member agencies only.  No information will be shared with external or partner agencies without your consent unless, in exceptional situations, a significant risk to you, your children or others is identified; or we are instructed to do so by a court of law.  We will always try and discuss this with you first wherever possible.
