You now have an opportunity to feedback on the sexual and domestic violence specialist contracts held by Leicester city council and delivered by UAVA (United Against Violence and Abuse).
Please help us by raising awareness of this survey among your staff, professional and personal contacts and encouraging them to give their opinion. The responses can be anonymous. This is a key aspect of how we monitor this contract and the more responses we receive the more informed we will be.
The survey is short and only likely to take 10 minutes to complete. You will know that one of these contracts offers a service across Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland and this is jointly commissioned by the Police and Crime Commissioner, Leicestershire County Council, Rutland County Council and Leicester City Council. Previous service providers have told us how much they valued this opportunity to receive feedback on how their services are being received and it can always be a constructive opportunity. Thank you in advance for supporting the local response to sexual and domestic violence.
The survey links are below:
Please note that the last opportunity to respond is 11th December 2016.
If you need copies of the survey in any alternative format please contact us.
