It is designed to be a continued resource to navigate options and support available throughout LLR. How does the referral process work?
Any professional can make a referral for an individual or family using the above options. We will then assess the needs of the person or persons and any risks, in order to provide tailored support.

Focusing on improving safety, health and well-being and reducing risk, we will work closely with partner agencies to ensure a wider co-ordinated community response.
Services are available across LLR (Leicester, Leicestershire & Rutland) with additional services available for Leicester City residents only.
