If you are in an emergency situation,
always call the Police on 999 in the first
If you are, or have experienced domestic abuse or sexual violence, we are here to help. We have specially trained staff who can talk with you confidentially and offer guidance and support tailored to your needs.
It can be difficult to know what to do if you know or suspect someone is, or has been, a victim of domestic abuse or sexual violence.
Our helpline staff can also offer advice to friends and family on what options are available to the victim and to you.
We also offer monthly Family & Friend support clinics, contact our Helpline for more information
